I discovered yoga in 2010 while navigating the challenges of my role as a Citigroup executive. Its transformative power led me to become a certified instructor, shaping my inclusive, playful, and hands-on teaching style that welcomes students of all levels to embrace the joy of yoga. With a deep passion for fostering meaningful connections, I’m thrilled to invite you on this retreat with my dear friends Tracy and Elsie. Together, we’ll create lasting memories in this beautiful part of the world.
Tracy grew up with yoga, inspired by her mother’s Iyengar practice, but found her path with Ashtanga, sparking a transformative journey. In 2010, she began teaching, blending creative vinyasa with calming yet challenging classes. Tracy’s soothing voice, slow flow, and hands-on adjustments leave students feeling balanced and refreshed.
Elsie discovered yoga in 2010 to manage stress during law school. By 2013, she became a certified instructor and, in 2015, founded Highland Yoga, transitioning from attorney to full-time teacher and studio owner. Elsie brings discipline and passion from her diverse experiences into her teaching and business.
