Your 50% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Thank you in advance for understanding this strict policy as there is limited space on this retreat and has been designed to be almost entirely all-inclusive with privatization of the hotel and all outings paid for and planned well in advance. If you need to cancel for any reason (and forego your 50% deposit) the cancellation deadline is June 1st, 2025. Cancellations after June 1st, 2025 will be non-refundable.
