Luxury Wellness & Culture Retreat in

PROVENCE

A garden with a central tree surrounded by lavender plants and tall cypress trees in the background.

PROVENCE, ELEVATED.

Set at a 5-star restored 18th-century farmhouse—hailed by Vogue as “the best-kept secret in Provence”—this retreat invites you to slow down and soak up the beauty of the South of France. With two tranquil pools, a Pure Altitude spa, a celebrated seasonal restaurant, and a working vineyard, our home for the week is both soulful and stunning.

Over five unforgettable days, we’ll sip wine on a winemaker’s veranda, roll up our sleeves for a hands-on cooking class in Saint-Rémy, and bike ride through the idyllic French countryside. You’ll explore dreamy village markets and enjoy a private pop-up shopping experience with Souleiado—loved by both Picasso and Princess Diana.

Each day blends curated experiences with plenty of freedom—whether you choose to lounge by the pool, book a massage, explore a nearby village, or opt into unforgettable extras like horseback riding along the Mediterranean coast hiking the ochre trails of Roussillon. Every detail is thoughtfully designed for beauty, connection, and the art of living well.

OUR PRIVATE BASTIDE
FOR THE WEEK

Tucked into the heart of the Luberon’s wine country, this 18th-century stone bastide is a hidden gem surrounded by 57 acres of vineyards, olive groves, and lavender fields. With two peaceful pools, a serene spa, a celebrated seasonal restaurant, and its own working vineyard, the estate offers an effortless blend of rustic charm and refined luxury. Each room and gathering space is thoughtfully adorned with antiques and artwork hand-selected by the owner, creating a soulful and singular atmosphere throughout.

Step outside and you’re on quiet country trails perfect for sunrise hikes through the rolling hills. Spend your days lounging by the pool, enjoying a massage between yoga sessions, or savoring fresh garden-to-table cuisine and estate wines under the stars. Here, time slows down, senses awaken, and every detail invites you to live fully in the moment—Provence at its most magical.

After 15 years in corporate leadership—while teaching yoga, coaching speakers, and building community-rooted nonprofits—I felt called to bring it all together. That’s how LDW Coaching & Retreats began.

Many guests choose to spend a night or two in Paris before or after the retreat, which makes taking the high-speed train down to Provence a lovely and popular option.

As such, we will be offering a complimentary group transfer pickup from Avignon TGV on May 10 and a group transfer drop-off on May 15 to make that journey easy and stress-free.

    Recommended arrivals into Avignon:
    • 2:01pm (currently sold out as of 2/8)

    __________

    🚄 Avignon → Paris (Fri, May 15)

We recommend booking the 10:44am TGV back to Paris Gare de Lyon

ETIAS is not yet in operation but is expected to begin in late 2026, and the EU will announce the exact start date in advance. I will set a reminder to check for updates on July 1st and will share anything new with the group, but I also recommend setting your own reminder, as this trip may fall around the time the requirement goes into effect.
