A Very English Christmas

This five-night winter retreat through London and the Cotswolds is a curated celebration of the season, blending culture, tradition, and five-star comfort. We begin with two festive days in London at a luxury Mayfair hotel, enjoying story-rich walks, iconic Christmas streets, and intimate evenings of cocktails and dining. The retreat continues with three nights at a five-star countryside hotel and spa, where Christmas markets, optional yoga, spa time, and hands-on workshops meet cozy fireside dinners and candlelit tables — creating a holiday experience meant to be savored.

Our retreat unfolds across two exceptional 5-star properties, pairing the festive elegance of London with the quiet romance of the Cotswolds countryside.

We begin with two nights at one of London’s most storied addresses, just steps from Bond Street and the city’s iconic holiday sights. With refined rooms, elegant public spaces, and a rich sense of history, it’s an ideal base for experiencing London at Christmastime.

Then we escape to the countryside for three nights at a beautiful 5-star hotel & spa set on a private hillside estate above one of the Cotswolds’ most charming villages. Known for its warm, understated luxury and recognized by Condé Nast Traveler as one of the UK’s standout country retreats, it offers a refined yet deeply comfortable winter setting.

After 15 years in corporate leadership—while teaching yoga, coaching speakers, and building community-rooted nonprofits—I felt called to bring it all together. That’s how LDW Coaching & Retreats began.

These retreats are thoughtfully designed to offer more than just a beautiful escape—they’re a return to what matters most. Rooted in presence, beauty, and connection, they create space for rest, growth, and meaningful community.

Whether we’re flowing on a yoga mat, sharing a meal, or watching the sun set over the Mediterranean, my hope is simple: that you leave feeling more grounded, more connected, and more yourself.
