    DAY 2

    Coastal Trails & Hidden Picnic

Wake to the golden light of Mallorca and begin your day with a grounding yoga practice overlooking the Mediterranean, the Tramuntana mountains at your back. After breakfast, we’ll embark on a breathtaking guided hike along the Cami de Pintors, an iconic cliffside trail once walked by poets and painters. Our hike ends in a secluded location where a traditional Mallorcan picnic awaits—exclusive, authentic, and unforgettable. Tonight, we’ll gather at Café Miró, a charming restaurant filled with local art, for a warm, elegant dinner.

    Day 3

    Seize the Day

Begin the morning with your choice of energizing yoga, a HIIT class, or both, followed by unstructured time to relax by the pool or spa, explore a nearby village, or simply enjoy being at ease on property. After breakfast, those who wish may join an optional vagus nerve toning session led by expert therapist Libby (a local specialist who lives in Deià), who will guide practical techniques to support the nervous system, ease stress, and bring the body back into balance.

In the evening, we’ll head to Palma for a sunset sail with live music and a relaxed buffet and BBQ—bring a swimsuit if you’d like to slip into the sea as the sun sets.

    DAY 4

    Roam & Restore

We’ll begin the morning with energizing yoga, setting a calm, steady tone for the day ahead. Today is market day in our charming village of Deià—a perfect opportunity to wander the stalls and explore at your own pace. You might choose to take another scenic hike, visit the spa, or sign up for an optional ceramics painting workshop with the artists in residence.

As the day winds down, we’ll come back together for another beautiful dinner, sharing stories from the day and settling even more fully into the easy rhythm of the retreat.

    DAY 5

    Move, Taste, Celebrate

We’ll begin our final full day with choice and energy — morning yoga, a HIIT class, or for those who wish, both. It’s an invigorating way to tune into your body before a day rooted in Mallorca’s flavors and traditions.

From there, we’ll head just down the road to a historic olive farm, where a gentle hike leads us to a stunning scenic overlook. We’ll pause here for a guided olive oil tasting, learning about the land, the harvest, and the nuances that make Mallorcan olive oil so special.

Next, we’ll continue on to the charming village of Valldemossa for a hands-on paella cooking class, paired with a relaxed wine tasting. Expect laughter, shared tables, and the simple joy of cooking and eating together in one of the island’s most picturesque settings.

In the evening, we’ll gather for our final night celebration on the Mirador Terrace, beginning with cocktails as the light fades. We’ll then close the retreat with a truly memorable experience — a Michelin-starred dinner at El Olivo, a beautiful and fitting finale to our time together.
