A STORIED VILLAGE. A STORIED SEA. A STORIED WEEK.

Tucked into the storied village of Deià — a haven for poets, painters, and artists for centuries — our retreat unfolds at a five-star Belmond hotel where the Tramuntana mountains plunge dramatically into the Mediterranean. Sunrise yoga over the sea. Cliffside hikes once walked by painters, ending at hidden Mallorcan picnics. Mornings wandering the open-air markets of Deià and Sóller. A dreamy afternoon aboard a luxury catamaran. A hands-on paella class with regional wines. The historic wooden train winding through orange groves to Port Sóller. And evenings of cocktails, candlelight, and Michelin-starred dinners by celebrated regional chefs.

A large stone building with multiple stories and arched windows, surrounded by a manicured lawn, potted plants, and outdoor seating area with umbrellas, trees, and a clear blue sky.

OUR HOTEL
FOR THE WEEK

We're thrilled to host our retreat at La Residencia, a Belmond Hotel — a five-star haven perched between the sea and mountains in the storybook village of Deià. Once beloved by Princess Diana, this iconic property is known for its deep connection to the arts, lush terraced gardens, and panoramic views of the Tramuntana range.

Art-filled suites with private terraces, a world-class spa tucked among olive trees, and three exquisite restaurants — including the Michelin-starred El Olivo. The serene fitness pavilion, tennis courts, and easy walk into Deià's vibrant cultural scene make this a place that feels both blissfully secluded and effortlessly alive.

Meet Your Host

After 15 years in corporate leadership — while teaching yoga, coaching speakers, and building community-rooted nonprofits — I felt called to bring it all together. That's how LDW Coaching & Retreats began.

These retreats are thoughtfully designed to offer more than just a beautiful escape. They're a return to what matters most — rooted in presence, beauty, and connection, and built to create space for rest, growth, and meaningful community.

Whether we're flowing on a yoga mat, sharing a meal, or watching the sun set over the Mediterranean, my hope is simple: that you leave feeling more grounded, more connected, and more yourself.
