DAY 1
Welcome to the Magic of Sintra
You’ve arrived in the heart of the Sintra mountains, where misty forests and whimsical palaces set the tone for an unforgettable journey. As you settle into our private estate—tucked among ancient trees and garden paths—breathe in the beauty that surrounds you. We’ll gather on the green lawn for a golden hour welcome reception featuring craft cocktails and live Fado music, followed by a candlelit dinner crafted by a beloved local chef, perfectly paired with regional wines. The magic has begun.
-

Day 2
Palaces, Pastries & Vineyard Lunch
Start with yoga in the green glasshouse and breakfast on the terrace. Then we set off in open-air jeeps, stopping in Sintra’s charming village for Portugal’s beloved pastry before exploring the enchanting Quinta da Regaleira with our local guide. From there, cruise the rugged Atlantic coastline on our way to a vineyard lunch paired with regional wines.
We return home for a laid-back BBQ dinner and a cozy movie night under the stars.
-

DAY 3
Free Day + Dinner at the Adega
By mid-week, you’ve found your rhythm—the gentle cadence of mornings on the mat, long laughter-filled meals, and sun-soaked afternoons that invite stillness. Today is your reset day.
Move entirely at your own pace: linger by the pool, schedule a massage, take a solo hike through the hills, or revisit a nearby village that captured your heart. This day is all about freedom, rest, and integration—a chance to absorb the magic that’s already unfolded.
As evening approaches, we’ll gather once more—this time off-property at a stunning local adega, where rustic charm meets modern elegance. Over shared plates, local wines, and meaningful conversation, we’ll savor a meal that celebrates everything this week has offered: connection, laughter, and the joy of being fully present.
-

DAY 4
Coastal Adventure & Seaside Hike
Ease into the morning with yoga in the glasshouse, followed by a leisurely breakfast. Then we’ll head out for a scenic coastal walk—about 45 minutes of fresh ocean air and cliffside views—leading us to a beachside lunch of fresh seafood and chilled rosé. The afternoon is pure bliss at a secluded beach with private loungers, umbrellas, and a cooler of refreshing treats waiting just for us.We’ll head back to the property to wrap up the day with a relaxed BBQ dinner by the pool, shared under the stars.
-

DAY 5
Cascais Charm & Sunset at Sea — Final Farewell
After a morning yoga practice and a nourishing breakfast, we’ll journey to the coastal gem of Cascais—a vibrant seaside village known for its colorful streets, breezy charm, and ocean-view cafés.
Spend the late morning wandering, shopping, or simply soaking in the beauty of this sun-kissed harbor town before we reunite at the marina for our grand finale: a sunset sail aboard a private luxury catamaran.
As the cliffs turn gold and Lisbon glimmers in the distance, we’ll toast to new friendships and unforgettable memories with live music, fresh sushi, and flowing wine—a perfect final evening as our journey through Portugal comes to a close.
Please note: The catamaran sailing experience requires a minimum of 20 guests to operate. In the event that this minimum is not met, an alternate experience will be thoughtfully arranged.

Meet Your Host
After 15 years in corporate leadership—while teaching yoga, coaching speakers, and building community-rooted nonprofits—I felt called to bring it all together. That’s how LDW Coaching & Retreats began.
These retreats are thoughtfully designed to offer more than just a beautiful escape—they’re a return to what matters most. Rooted in presence, beauty, and connection, they create space for rest, growth, and meaningful community.
Whether we’re flowing on a yoga mat, sharing a meal, or watching the sun set over the Mediterranean, my hope is simple: that you leave feeling more grounded, more connected, and more yourself.
