YOUR WELL-BEING IS CALLING
Escape to the South of France, where truffle oak forests, sun-drenched vineyards, and a storybook medieval village set the stage for a retreat unlike any other. Daily yoga. Countryside adventures. World-class cuisine. Market mornings. Slow pool afternoons. Luxury sailing along the cliffs of Cassis. Long, candlelit dinners with kindred spirits — all in one breathtaking, soul-nourishing escape.
OUR PRIVATE HAMLET
FOR THE WEEK
Tucked just outside Oppède-le-Vieux — one of Provence's most beautiful medieval villages — our home for the week is a stunning 17th-century stone hamlet of vine-draped buildings, quiet courtyards, cobblestone paths, and ancient stone archways. The setting is hushed and pastoral: olive groves, working vineyards, and the rolling hills of the Luberon, lit by the golden light Provence is famous for.
Old-world craftsmanship meets modern elegance: panoramic spa treatment rooms overlooking the countryside, a pool in a private courtyard built for slow afternoons, and dining terraces designed for lingering under the stars. We've privatized the entire property — it's ours alone for the week.
DAILY ITINERARY
A Provence Dreamscape
A sample itinerary—subject to slight changes as the magic unfolds.
-

DAY 1
Arrival: A Collective Exhale
You've made it. Settle in, slow down, and take in the view from the terrace. Late afternoon offers an optional yoga session to ease the body after travel. As the sun softens, we gather on the patio for live music and craft cocktails, followed by a welcome dinner prepared by one of the region's top chefs — an elevated affair that sets the tone for everything ahead.
-

DAY 2
Wine & Dine: A Day in Châteauneuf-du-Pape
After morning yoga and breakfast, we journey to one of the world's most storied wine regions — a sun-drenched stretch of the Côtes du Rhône whose ancient papal soils and uncompromising vintners have drawn wine lovers for centuries. We'll visit two to three of the region's most beautiful estates and end the day with a long, perfectly paired lunch at a vineyard table. Back at the property, dinner is chef-prepared on the terrace, followed by an evening of stargazing with an astronomer, weather permitting.
-

DAY 3
A Day at Sea: Sailing from Cassis
A full day on the Mediterranean. We sail from the storybook port of Cassis aboard a luxury yacht, subject to a 17 person attendance — turquoise waters, dramatic limestone cliffs, a curated rosé tasting on board, and a beautiful Provençal lunch served as the coastline drifts by. In the evening, we gather back home for a long, family-style dinner on the patio and a movie under the stars.
-

DAY 4
Saint-Rémy Market & A French Kitchen
We head to the Saint-Rémy open-air market — one of the finest in France — for a guided morning stroll with Jane Satow, founder of La Cuisine Provençal. From there, we roll up our sleeves and cook together in her sun-drenched kitchen. Evening yoga unwinds the day, followed by a chef-prepared dinner with wine pairing back on property.
-

DAY 5
Choose Your Own Adventure
Morning yoga, a leisurely breakfast, and the day to yourself. Lounge by the pool, book a spa treatment, or hike to the hilltop village of Oppède-le-Vieux. For those who like to stay busy, we'll offer afternoon workshops on property: a Cocktail & Charcuterie Board Class with a master mixologist (€165), a Fragrance Workshop with Rose et Marius — one of Provence's most iconic fragrance houses (€165) — and a complimentary Souleiado pop-up with rosé and a curated collection from the Provençal designer beloved by Princess Diana and Picasso. In the evening, a Michelin-starred dinner at La Bastide Table — a meal worth dressing up for.
-

DAY 6
La Vie en Blanc: Eygalières Market & Country Ride
Our final full day. After morning yoga and breakfast, we set out for the village of Eygalières and its luminous open-air market. From there, those who wish can hop on bikes and pedal up to Les Baux-de-Provence for sweeping views, art exhibits, and a long terrace lunch overlooking the valley. The evening is our send-off: cocktails on the patio, live music, and a white-attire celebration dinner with wine pairings — come dressed in your finest whites.
-

DAY 7

A relaxed breakfast between 7:00 and 10:00 am before heading to the airport or on to your next adventure. Grab-and-go options are available for early departures. (See Getting There for recommended flight times — we suggest booking departures no earlier than noon.)

After 15 years in corporate leadership — while teaching yoga, coaching speakers, and building community-rooted nonprofits — I felt called to bring it all together. That's how LDW Coaching & Retreats began.
These retreats are thoughtfully designed to offer more than just a beautiful escape. They're a return to what matters most — rooted in presence, beauty, and connection, and built to create space for rest, growth, and meaningful community.
Whether we're flowing on a yoga mat, sharing a meal, or watching the sun set over the Mediterranean, my hope is simple: that you leave feeling more grounded, more connected, and more yourself.

THE FAQS
-
Three ways in: fly into Paris (CDG), Nice, or Marseille.
From Paris — book a direct TGV from Paris Gare de Lyon to Avignon (~2 hr 40 min nonstop). A complimentary group transfer will collect you at Avignon TGV station at 2:00 pm on arrival day, with a return transfer departing the property at 12:00 pm (noon) on the final day to take you back to Avignon. Please book your trains accordingly. From Nice or Marseille — arrange a private transfer through our local partner Jérémie at Amé Provence (contact@ame-provence.com | WhatsApp +33 7 85 74 53 86). At your own expense — approximately €800 from Nice (3-hour drive) or €250 from Marseille.
Arrival / departure timing: Rooms are ready at 3:00 pm. Aim to arrive between 3:00 and 4:00 pm. Settle in or join the 5:00 pm yoga class; cocktails and dinner follow at 7:00 pm. For departures, we recommend booking mid to late afternoon flights so you have time to get to the airport. If taking the train from Avignon - a morning departure is fine.
-
Mid-June: warm, sunny days (highs around 80°F / 27°C) and cool evenings (lows around 60°F / 16°C). Pack a light layer for nights and expect "Le Mistral" — Provence's signature wind, which can sweep through any time of year.
-
Yoga and active outdoor clothes, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a light layer for cooler evenings, and casual clothes for dinners out. Leave a little space in your suitcase — you'll want room for finds from the markets. Yoga mats are provided on property; no need to bring your own.

Your 50% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. The full-cancellation deadline is March 1, 2027 — cancellations after that date are non-refundable. We've designed this retreat to be almost entirely all-inclusive, with the property and all excursions privatized and booked well in advance, and our cancellation policy reflects the limited space and long lead time required.
-
Any and all dietary restrictions can be accommodated. We work closely with the property's chef to curate a menu special to our group, and the same goes for outings where meals are provided. Just let Lindsay know in advance and she'll coordinate with the team.
-
Europe as a whole is not a heavy tipping culture, but our local guides work with American travelers and have come to appreciate tips. If you feel inclined, plan to tip your drivers, bellman, and wait staff while off-property.
-
We recommend booking spa appointments in advance of arrival, as the property brings in therapists from the local area to work in their beautiful spa rooms. To coordinate spa bookings, please reach out to Lindsay directly.
-
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for international trips to protect your investment against flight delays, lost luggage, and medical emergencies abroad. If you'd like a recommendation, I work with Sharon Creasy at Elevation Travel: sharon@elevtionstvl.com | 404-626-4997.
